Clothing Return & Exchanges:

Clothing returns must be made within 5 days of receiving your order and only after being issued a Return Merchandise Authorization Number, (RMA #) DO NOT return clothing directly to Cattle Kate. Call 1-800-273-3624.  Items returned without an RMA# are not authorized for refund or replacement. Clothing will not be accepted if they have been worn, washed or used. Please allow a minimum of 20 days for processing.  The Shipping and handling charges you originally paid are non-refundable. You must pay for return shipping. All returns must be accompanied by the packing slip with original packing material. A 20% re-stocking fee may apply to item or items being returned. You may want to insure your return & send it so it can be tracked; we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns. We issue refunds by company check unless otherwise specified.
