Polices: Returns & Exchanges:

Custom made items are 100 per-cent non-returnable, non-exchangeable and non-refundable. Placing a custom made order by phone or through the Internet constitutes your implied agreement that you understand your purchase is non-returnable, non-exchangeable and non-refundable for any reason.

Items other than custom made items may be returned within 5 days of receiving your order after obtaining a Return of Merchandise Authorization Number, (RMA #). Call 1-800-273-3624 to obtain your Return of Merchandise Authorization Number, (RMA #). Items returned without an RMA# are not authorized for refund or replacement. Shipping charges are non-refundable. You must pay for return shipping. All returns must include the original packing material. Items must be in new condition and unused. Please allow a minimum of 20 days for processing. The Shipping charges you originally paid are non-refundable. A 20% re-stocking fee may apply to item or items being returned. You may want to insure your return & send it so it can be tracked; we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns.

We issue all refunds by company check unless otherwise specified.

*Clothing Return & Exchanges: DO NOT return clothing directly to Cattle Kate or Fox Fire. Clothing may be returned within 5 days of receiving your order after obtaining a Return of Merchandise Authorization Number, (RMA #). Call 1-800-273-3624 to obtain your Return of Merchandise Authorization Number, (RMA #). Items returned without an RMA# are not authorized for refund or replacement. Custom items include but are not limited to Chaps and Chinks and any item that has been modified per your specifications and/or items listed as a custom item.

Order Cancellations: Orders may be canceled within 3 days of being placed and only if the order has not been shipped. Custom items may be canceled within 3 days of placing an order if custom work has not begun.

Orders canceled after your payment has settled are subject to a 3.75% transaction fee. This is the fee a merchant has to pay if a transaction has settled our account as is then refunded. Call 1-800-273-3624 to cancel an order.

Price Quotes: Verbal price quotes and discussions are non-binding. Only written price quotes that have been signed and dated by SoMoMule & the purchaser will be honored and only for five days from the date of signing. If an item is out of stock you will be notified regarding the approximate wait time.

All orders are to be paid in full upon ordering. If you would like to know the availability of an item or the wait time for a specific custom made item please contact us before ordering.

By purchasing, using, managing or supervising the use of our products you agree to hold Southern Missouri Resources Inc. dba Southern Missouri Mule, Southern Missouri Mule Outfitter & Equine Supply, SoMoMule.com and it's distributors free from any and all liability for any of the products that we sell and you have purchased.

Prices are subject to change without notice. NOTE: If your shipping address is different than your billing address we reserve the right to delay your order until we verify that the card holder made the purchase.
