*Clothing Return & Exchanges:

Clothing returns must be made within 5 days. DO NOT return clothing directly to Cattle Kate, Wah Maker or Skully. A return Merchandise # (RMA #) is required from SoMoMule.com by calling Call 1417-855-0900.  Items returned without an RMA# are not authorized for refund or replacement. Clothing will not be accepted if they have been worn, washed or used. Please allow 20 days for processing.  Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. You must pay for return shipping. All returns must be accompanied by the packing slip with original packing material. A 20% re-stocking fee may apply to item price returned. You may want to insure your return; we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns. If you paid for your order by credit card, a credit will be issued and will appear on your billing statement.

Custom Made & Customized Orders including but not limited to Chaps, Chinks,Saddles,Tack,Tents etc,may not be returned or exchanged. These items are non-refundable once an order has been placed.

If an item is out of stock you will be notified regarding the approximate wait time. All orders are to be paid in full upon ordering regardless if an item is in stock or not. If would like to know the availability of an item or the wait time for a specific custom made item please contact us before ordering.
