We have been building our cowboy bedrolls the way they've been made since cowboys have been sleeping out on the open range. They are made from heavy duty, 18oz., double filled duck. We use only seamless material for these tarps and make them so that they are adjustable from "twin size" to "king size". Metal snaps and rings are used to close the bedroll up to the desired size or open it out flat for easy packing of your bedding, sleeping bag or gear.
Double Fill Duck Canvas
Two threads are twisted together to make a single stronger, more durable thread making the weave of the fabric much because the threads are closer together. This process makes the weave tighter. The tighter weave results in a more moisture resistant fabric. Double fill canvas is also more durable than single fill canvas.
