The Jr. Cutter has shorter 7" shanks required by many snaffle bit futurities.  The "C" shaped shanks yield a lot of signal and feature a Billy Allen mouthpeice with a roller over the snaffle hinge to stiffen the bit.  An excellent bit for moving a horse from the snaffle to the solid mouth bit.
