Statement Charges:

Note: Your credit card statement may show payed to Southern Missouri Resources, Inc. This is our corporate name.

Returns:

Custom made items and items made one at a time are 100 per-cent non-returnable, non-exchangeable and non-refundable. Placing a custom made order by phone or through the Internet constitutes your implied agreement that you understand your purchase is non-returnable, non-exchangeable and non-refundable for any reason.

Custom Made Chaps & Chinks:

Custom made Chaps & Chinks are non returnable, non refundable and non exchangeable. Customers who submit incorrect measurements are subject to K Bar J Leather company's minimum charge of $30.00 an hour plus shipping fee's to correct a customers measuring errors. If a customer submits measurements that are too small sizing alterations will not be possible. Please watch the how to measure video shown on our Custom Chaps & Chinks Page.
 
Items other than custom made items may be returned within 5 days of receiving your order after obtaining a Return of Merchandise Authorization Number, (RMA #). Call 1-800-273-3624 to obtain your Return of Merchandise Authorization Number, (RMA #). Items returned without an RMA# are not authorized for refund. Shipping charges are non-refundable. You must pay for return shipping. All returns must include the original packing material. Items must be in new condition and unused. Please allow a minimum of 20 days for processing. The Shipping charges you originally paid are non-refundable. A 10% re-stocking fee applies to all returns. You may want to insure your return & send it so it can be tracked; we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns.
 
Refunds:

NOTE: Our website does-not store credit card information, We issue all refunds by company check.

Exchanges:

We do not offer direct exchanges. All transactions are handeled individually. A seperate order is required for a replacement item.  The original item must be returned subject to our return policy.

Order Cancellations: Orders may be canceled within 3 days of being placed and only if the order has not been shipped. Custom items may be canceled within 3 days of placing an order if custom work has not begun.

Orders canceled after your payment has settled are subject to a 3.75% transaction fee. This is the fee a merchant has to pay if a transaction has settled our account and is then refunded.

Price Quotes: Verbal price quotes and discussions are non-binding. Only written price quotes that have been signed and dated by SoMoMule & the purchaser will be honored and only for five days from the date of signing. If an item is out of stock you will be notified regarding the approximate wait time.

All orders are to be paid in full upon ordering. If you would like to know the availability of an item or the wait time for a specific custom made item please contact us before ordering.

Warranties:

Warranties implied or expressed are those of the manufacturer or makers of our products. We can refer you directly to the manufacturer or makers of our product should a warranty issue arise. Our products are not guarenteed against failure see our Liability Disclosure below.*

WE ALSO REQUIRE THE NAME of the person that lives at an address different than the bill to address. These requirements help to protect our customers from credit card fraud. ORDERS MAY BE DELAYED OR BE CANCELLED WITHOUT THESE TELEPHONE VERIFICATIONS.
 
We ship to the lower 48 U.S. States. Shipping methods vary. They include UPS, Fedex, and USPS. Order are shipped without a signature required upon delivery . If you prefer a specific shipping method you must contact us prior to shipping at 1-800-273-2624. Once an item ships it is subject to our return policy. We DO NOT offer expedited, overnight or second day air shipping.
 
We will also ship to ALASKA & HAWAII. A SHIPPING QUOTE IS REQUIRED PRIOR TO ORDERING FOR ALASKA, or HAWAII. OUR SHOPPING CART WILL NOT CALCULATE SHIPPING TO  ALASKA or HAWAII .

Producing our items involves a variety of manufacturing techniques including but not limited to stitching, gluing, riveting, molding, pressing etc. Leather products and other products can fail.  A variety of situations may cause a product to fail including but not limited to abuse of the item, lack of customer care, the elements, damage caused by equine, rodents, stitching wear, salt, feces, urine, dirt, rain, sun, lack of proper leather care, worn hardware, broken pieces, equine stress on products, trees, rocks, equine accidents, wrecks etc. It is the customer or end user of our products sole responsibility to thoroughly inspect the product(s) they are using before each and every use.
